Sleigh Rides
Join "Tom, Jerry & friends" for a traditional Canadian Sleigh Ride through the wilderness. Come aboard on an old fashioned horse drawn sleigh through Big White's pristine forest, a true Canadian winter adventure!
The sleigh carries up to 16 people with tours running daily.

• $15 per person for 30 min
• $25 per person for 1 hour (includes delicious hot chocolate)
• Kids 5 and under are FREE
Beginning in January, there will be a Sunday brunch sleigh ride to the warming hut. Departing at 10am enjoy a sleigh ride to the warming hut in the forest where you will be met with a hot breakfast! Eggs, bacon, pancakes with real Canadian maple syrup as well as fresh coffee and juice. $35 for ages 5 and up, $10 for ages 3-5, and free for 3 and younger!
Please note: No cancellations or exchange within 24 hours. 24 hours to 48 hours, sleigh ride time can be changed. More that 48 hours notice, full refund available.
Après Sleigh!
On Sunday & Monday evenings the Sleigh departs at 6pm from Happy Valley and delivers you in style to one of our fantastic restaurants; The Globe Café & Tapas Bar, Carver's, or Swiss Bear.
Price is $50 per person and dinner is based off of a set menu.

Snowshoeing
Take a guided snowshoe tour through the Big White Back Country. Lots of breaks will be taken for history and viewing of flora and fauna, as well as examining the variety of animal tracks and habitats. There's a good possibility that some wildlife will be seen as well!

Snowmobiling Tours
This exciting activity takes guests on guided scenic tours through the forest trails and back country of Big White Ski Resort. Drive your own snowmobile or double up with a friend.
Tours depart daily at 8:30 am, 9:00am, 11:30 am, 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Drivers must have a current drivers’ license. People under 19 require parent or guardian to sign a waiver. The tour includes helmets and warm clothing.
(Optional $29 insurance fee with a $1,000 deductible.)

Dog Sled Tours
Open your eyes to the beauty of Big White’s pristine back country with our dog sled tours. This is an experience like no other!
Details:
Our tour operator Tim will begin with an orientation introducing you to the dogs, the sled and the process of harnessing - Before heading out on the trails in Big White's beautiful back country!
The trail is approximately 3 miles long and the time spent on the sled will vary from 20 to 40 minutes depending on snow, weather and trail conditions.
Once you have returned, the team of dog will be unharnessed and you will have the opportunity to spend some time with the dogs - Tim will encourage you to participate as much as desired in the tour.
Please Note the following Points:
- There is one sled per tour
- The sled may hold a maximum weight of 154kg (340lbs) - 2 people may participate in the same tour providing they are within the combined weight limit.
- Guests must be 3 years of age or older to participate.
- Guests must be physically fit to participate in the tour as there may be some running involved - Just like in a dog sled race!
- All children aged 3-14 years must wear a helmet.
- Children 14 years and older may participate in driving the sled
- Weather conditions may change very rapidly in the mountains - please ensure you dress warmly and remember to bring goggles and gloves and wear Snowboard or good outdoor winter boots when on the tour. Please note ski boots are not permitted on the tour.
- Any cancellations or changes to your booking require 7 days notice.

Snow Biking at Big White
Come and try the newest sport to hit the hills. Ride the nordic trails on a K-trak, ski-mountain-bike. There are a full range of usable gears and the brakes are on the rear track to keep your speed within your comfort Zone. Full instruction is included in the Snow-Biking Tours. There is no age minimum but there is a height requirement of 5ft.
The tours depart from the top of the gondola every day. Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance. Helmets are available, but you are permitted to wear your own.
Beginners: 3:00pm - 4:30pm
Custom dates and times are available by advanced bookings (minimum 24 hours)

Tubing
Another great way to have fun and a great snow experience at Big White Ski Resort is the Mega Snow Coaster, Canada's largest resort tubing park. It's the most awesome, family-fun-loving snow experience around! Come and spend a day with the family for an experience you won't forget!
Located in Happy Valley, just a short gondola ride from the Village Centre. Specially groomed lanes allow thrill seekers of all ages to enjoy a high-speed ride down the slopes and a lift back to the top on purpose built lifts. No skill is required, just the desire to have fun!
Tickets can be purchased from the Happy Valley Day Lodge, Village Centre Mall or at the Cabin located at the base of the tube park.

Skating
There is so much to offer at Happy Valley, you’ll have a hard time deciding what to do first! You’ve sped down the Mega Snow Coaster, the kids have raced their own snowmobiles, now why not rent some skates and test your hockey skills on one of our two fantastic outdoor ponds? If you’re not a hockey player there is plenty of room for you and your whole family to enjoy the rink with a leisurely skate.

Ice Climbing Tower
Check out Big White’s newest activity- our 60 foot Ice Tower! The structure is built with 4 telephone poles cross braced together then flooded with water which freezes into 3 feet of thick blue ice. There is a beginner side and three other sides for more advanced climbers or anyone who is looking for a challenge. This is an activity for all fitness levels and can satisfy anyone with an appetite for adventure!
The Ice Tower is located in the Happy Valley Adventure Park, where you can test your skills on the ice or watch others as they attempt to reach the top.
Your climb will be hosted by Jim, an AMGA (American Mountain Guides Association) Certified Guide. Please arrive 10 minutes before your climb.We recommend you wear layers; boots, crampons and ice tools are supplied so everyone can give it a try!

Sno-Limos!
The BEST and ONLY WAY for non-skiers or snowboarders to glide along snow-covered mountain trails, to enjoy breathtaking vistas, to actually join your group, friends or family on the mountain, on the slopes!
Your personal “SNO-LIMO” Chauffeur will take you for a comfortable Big White excursion and show you all the sights that you have not been able to see up to now! Enjoy the exhilaration of snow-gliding downhill in a comfortable and environmentally friendly, gravity powered and chauffeur driven “SNO-LIMO”. Join friends and colleagues on the slopes and with them enjoy all that the mountain has to offer. Non-skier/boarder Parents or Grand Parents can now witness the exploits of family youngsters firsthand, “live” –“on the slopes”!
With “SNO-LIMO” you are no longer left on your own, you join in the on-slope fun! Dress for the snow, wear your smile, and come ride the slopes with “SNO-LIMO”!

Kids Mini-Z's
Mini-Z's are miniature snowmobiles that are great fun for kids under 90lbs (40kg).
- Located in Happy Valley at the snowmobiling hut below the mega snow coaster tube park.
- Mini-Z's run everyday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Tickets can be purchased from the Adventure Park Office; 10 minutes for $15.00 and $10.00 for each additional 10 minutes.

Go see our very own Kelowna Rockets play! We will organize a bus and tickets for you to enjoy our favorite hockey stars!
For $34.00 you will get a ticket and transportation to and from the game.
