Great place! Beds were comfortable, in floor heating fabulous. Loved the little extras in the kitchen. Ski in/out a great thing for a family. Loved absolutely everything!

A spectacular resort and very comfortable chalet. My favourites include: awesome Big White skiing- family friendly resort and great variety for all levels, ski in/out right onto Serwa's, well equiped kitchen, soft towels, beautiful decor, roomy rooms and comfy beds and the hot tub. We love Big White, we plan to do this again!

I really loved the chalet. Its so big and warm! I really like the decorations and the ski lamps, but the most coolest thing you could ask for is the ski-in ski-out. We have gone on ski trips with our friends for four years and this trip was the best!

Wonderful accommodation! A great spot with incredible scenery! Very well equiped kitchen. We were very excited about the bunk room, because there was 4 of us kids. We also enjoyed using the loft to play video games at night time. We had a awesome time skiing and tubing.

Thank you for letting us stay at this fabulous chalet! The kitchen is the best equiped and we have ever used and cooking for the 12 of us was easy! The kids loved to have their own place to hang out, to watch movies and play games, upstairs.

Our families are having a wonderful time in your wonderful cabin. We admired your rooms, living room etc. The hot tub was really nice and relaxing! It is really convinient to ski in and out. Most of the runs in the mountain were pretty easy and some of them were really hard. The village restaurants were really good with lots of good manners and a lot of hospitality. The bunk beds are really neat. Thanks for the hard work you put in this chalet!

Our stay at the "cabin" has been very cool. When we first came and explored we admired the wonderful decorations and beautifully lined up videos, dvds and cds beside the T.V. The candles were wonderful, and so the candle molders. At night looked very beautiful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. The christmas trees and light were a very nice touch. This place was fantastic. We hope to visit again.
