This "ski to/from your door" chalet is the left side of a duplex building featuring the best ski access in Snowpine Estates. Step out your back door to Serwa's ski run, which is groomed daily, providing easy access to beginners as well as expert skiers. This executive chalet has everything you could want: Master bedroom includes ensuite bath with soaking tub and a private deck with view. Den downstairs has a TV/VCR/DVD that the children can use and be separated form the adults.The living room, dining room and kitchen are very open with vaulted ceilings,exposed wooden beams and fashionably decorated and painted. The living room now has a brand new 32" flat screen LCD TV/DVD with a Wii game, extra controllers and a suite of sports games! Private hot tub and BBQ too! It is a short 10 minute walk to the village on a lighted walking path.
