BC Legends Harvest Table Dinner

Chef de Cuisine Dominic DiBartolomeo has prepared a 4 course communal style menu that highlights some of the best local ingredients from the region.  His food is the perfect backdrop for showcasing the pairings of select and exclusive wines from local world class wine makers.

The evening promises to be a gastronomic treasure that is not to be missed.
